Tycos Tool & Die Company was formed in 1975 and since then we have specialised in the design and manufacture of high-end pultrusion dies for the composites industry. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility allows us to accurately form grind dies up to 1.5 metres in length.
As the precision engineering industry has changed, so too has our operation. Considerable investment, both in our workforce and our premises, means that our modern, fully equipped toolroom has the necessary facilities, including CNC and EDM technology, to meet the most demanding requirements.
CAD equipment allows us to work accurately from customer component drawings in producing mould tools. Such is the accuracy of our work that we can manufacture tools up to 1 m^3. Our skills also encompass design and manufacture for the press tool industry, including multistage tooling. The level of skill in everything we do is the reason our clients come to us again and again for precision tools.
